Returns & Refunds

• 30-Day Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Damaged or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged or is the incorrect item, we provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately. Please send a photo of the item to our support email.
• Change of Mind: For standard returns (not due to damage) or or Trendy Versal mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return Address: All approved returns must be mailed to our processing center at: 6723 Leland Ave, Hammond, Indiana 46323

• Exclusions: Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are Non-returnable
