Returns & Refunds

30-Day Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged or is the incorrect item, we provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately. Please send a photo of the item to our support email.

Change of Mind: For standard returns (not due to damage) or (Trendy Versal) mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions: Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are Non-returnable.
